Our "Flickflauder" – the Appenzell word for "butterfly" – captivates with its transparency and lightness of architecture.


The view on all sides changes depending on the light, creating a unique atmosphere. The view of the lovingly landscaped herb garden in particular connects the interior and exterior spaces in a natural way. The herbs are freshly picked and used in the kitchen.

Gemeinsam mit dem Hamburger Gastkoch Patrick Neureuther vereint sie regionale Küche mit internationaler Raffinesse – ein kulinarisches Erlebnis auf höchstem Niveau.
