To protect our guests and employees as well as our property, and to prevent and prosecute unlawful acts (in particular theft and property damage), the entrance area and the publicly accessible areas of our hotel, with the exception of the restrooms, may be monitored by camera. The image data is only viewed if illegal activity is suspected. Otherwise, the images are automatically deleted after 24 hours. If the suspicion of illegal behavior is confirmed, the data may be shared with consulting firms (in particular a law firm) and authorities to the extent necessary to enforce claims or file a report. Use of Your Data for Advertising Purposes
Creation of pseudonymized user profiles
To enable personalized marketing on social networks, we use so-called remarketing pixels on our technology. If you have an account with one of the social networks listed there and are logged in at the time of your visit to the website, this pixel links your visit to the website with your account. Transfer of personal data abroad
The Hotel Hof Weissbad is authorized to transfer your personal data to third-party companies (contracted service providers) abroad, provided this is necessary for the data processing described in this privacy policy. Analysis of Newsletter Usage
