As the founder of the haki® method, Harald Kietz has been accompanying people on their path to greater clarity, grounding, and body awareness with tailor-made rituals for over 30 years. Harald Kitz is the founder of the internationally recognized haki® method. Together with med. pract. Stephan Schlampp, our medical director, he develops medically sound rituals that specifically address the challenges of today's world, such as stress, exhaustion, physical tension, and mental overload.
With his many years of experience in therapy, bodywork, and neuropsychoimmunology, Harald Kitz precisely identifies the source of tension—and starts where regeneration becomes possible. Through clear language, mindful touch, and individually tailored techniques, he enables lasting change—even beyond the stay.

The retreat is an exclusive 3-day program with overnight accommodation, personally accompanied by Harald Kitz – developed for intellectual people who achieve a lot and want to stabilize their inner system in the long term. This program follows a consistent neuropsychoimmunological approach. The human being is not broken down into individual parts, but understood as an intelligent interplay of body, nervous system, and consciousness, and trained in a targeted manner. It is not about wellness. It is not about short-term effects. Rather, it is about the ability to regulate one's own system in such a way that clarity, strength, and inner peace endure even in demanding everyday life.

We will prepare "s'Chäshöttli" with food and drink for you, then you take over the reins or the "Gäbeli."
