From Saturday, January 16, to Saturday, January 30, 2027, daily from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., For the second time, the park at Resort Hof Weissbad transforms into a magical light spectacle, delighting visitors with artistic light installations, gentle music, and an attractive culinary offering. Take a stroll along the circular path through the park and marvel at fascinating light art and interactive installations. Whether as a family outing, a cozy evening with friends, or a special corporate event—the Appenzell Light Magic promises unforgettable moments in a sparkling winter landscape.

NOA – Not your average art
is a “multidisciplinary collective of artists, designers, and like-minded creatives, led by Primo Berera and Giancarlo Pallioppi. Since 2009, they have been creating unique works of art and powerful experiences for international clients and public institutions.”

The Magic of Lights is generally wheelchair-accessible and stroller-friendly—however, the path is not suitable in snowy or icy conditions.
At the end of the loop trail, guests can enjoy a variety of culinary offerings. Stalls featuring various culinary specialties, beverages, and sweets invite you to round off the evening in good company.
You can also visit one of our restaurants or our casual bistro. Early Table reservation is recommended.
The Appenzell Light Magic will also take place in 2028.
