The retreat is an exclusive 3-day program with overnight accommodations, personally guided by Harald Kitz—designed for intellectually driven individuals who achieve a great deal and wish to sustainably stabilize their inner system.


This program follows a consistently neuropsychoimmunological approach. The human being is not broken down into individual parts, but is understood as an intelligent interplay of body, nervous system, and consciousness, and is specifically trained. It is not about wellness. It is not about short-term effects. Rather, it is about the ability to regulate one’s own system in such a way that clarity, strength, and inner peace endure even in the demands of everyday life.

Harald Kitz is considered an expert on intellectually driven individuals and has been guiding people for over 30 years on their path to greater clarity, grounding, and body awareness. As the founder of the internationally recognized haki® method, he collaborates with Dr. Stephan Schlampp, medical director of Hof Weissbad, to develop medically grounded rituals for the challenges of our time.


The focus is on stress, exhaustion, mental overload, and physical tension. Using clear language, mindful touch, and individually tailored techniques, Harald Kitz supports lasting regeneration—even beyond the retreat itself.
