Time for your health—tailored specifically to you.

More energy, less stress, more restful sleep, or greater flexibility: Health means something different to everyone. That’s why Appenzell Health doesn’t start with a set program, but with your personal needs.

Your health coach will contact you even before you arrive. During this personal conversation, we’ll discuss where you’re at right now and what you hope to gain from your time away: more relaxation, renewed energy, mindful exercise, or simply more time for yourself and your health. This will determine your personal focus for your stay with us.

The 120 minutes of treatments included will be tailored to your personal focus. Depending on your needs, your program may include, for example, medical massages, haki® treatments, or selected offerings from Appenzell Health. Your stay is complemented by our daily exercise and relaxation program, a balanced diet, the tranquility of the Appenzell region, and our health offerings.

You don’t need to know in advance which treatments are right for you. Your health coach will guide you in making your selection and coordinate your personalized Appenzell Health Program. Our team of doctors is available to answer any medical questions you may have.

Your Personal Health Guidance

• Your health coach will contact you no later than 48 hours after booking the Appenzell Health Classic
• Personal preliminary consultation regarding your wishes and needs
• 120 minutes of individually tailored treatments, such as medical massages, haki® treatments, or selected Appenzell Health offerings.
• Specific recommendations for exercise, relaxation, and recovery in your daily life
• Personal support from your health coach during your stay.
• Involvement of our medical or therapeutic specialists as needed.

Appenzell Health Classic is a preventive health program and not a medical treatment or rehabilitation program. Our doctors will provide you with individualized advice on any medical questions you may have.

Who is Appenzell Health Classic suitable for?

For people who want to consciously set aside time for their health— whether for greater relaxation and recovery, mindful exercise, or to gain new inspiration for a healthier daily routine. You don’t need a medical diagnosis or a specific health goal to participate. Together with our health coach, you’ll figure out what should be your priority during your stay.

Appenzell Evening on Wednesday
Guest aperitif with Appenzell producers and a young Hackbrett player, followed by an Appenzell buffet and traditional Appenzell music starting at 8:00 p.m.
