Under the motto "Find your mode" The Hof Weissbad resort has consistently developed its medical wellness offering. The focus is on a customizable health concept that addresses the body, mind, and soul holistically – medically sound, accompanied by soothing treatments, and closely connected to nature as a fundamental resource.
The medical wellness programs combine traditional medicine with recognized complementary medical approaches. The resort's natural location – nestled between Schwendebach and Alpstein – is deliberately seen as part of the therapeutic framework.
"Our guests come to us with a wide variety of concerns – from stress reduction to targeted regeneration. Together with them, we develop their individual health mode," says Andrea Eigenmann, director of the health center. The medical management is in the hands of Chief Physician Dr. Stephan Schlampp and Senior Physician Dr. Anna Dürholt.
Four programs – four modes
The offer includes four structured programs based on different health goals:
- Balance & Relax: Promoting inner peace and mental resilience – your personal relaxation mode.
- Detox – F.X. Mayr®: Detoxification and regeneration in the only certified center in Switzerland – the regeneration mode.
- Nutrition – MeD-TeN®: Individual nutrition optimization based on genotype analysis – the nutrition mode.
- Performance: Increase your physical and mental performance – the power mode.
Each program includes comprehensive medical diagnostics, individual medical care, mental support, and access to the resort's numerous inclusive services – from spa treatments and culinary delights to practical nutrition workshops.
The programs are complemented by optional treatments such as PRP autologous blood therapy, Haki® applications, or omega-3 analyses.
