Trail Running Enjoyment Weekend
From beginners to advanced runners
These camps are designed for recreational runners, regardless of whether they have running experience or not—there are guides suitable for every skill level!
Depending on their fitness level, participants are divided into smaller groups and the routes are adapted to individual needs.
Participation with HRV measurement (heart rate variability)
A unique advantage of our trail running camps is the opportunity to test your personal performance directly in the terrain. HRV (heart rate variability) measurement in the great outdoors takes place right where you’re actually running—under realistic conditions rather than in a lab. This professional analysis is conducted by Stephan Schlampp, Chief Physician at the Klinik im Hof Weissbad. Using state-of-the-art methods, he precisely determines individual training zones, assesses personal performance, and provides targeted recommendations for optimizing endurance and health. This precise analysis ensures that you train at your individual performance level—without overtraining. This is crucial for minimizing the risk of injury and achieving a healthy, sustainable improvement in performance over the long term.
If interested, HRV (heart rate variability) measurement with professional analysis and a personal debriefing can be booked directly at the time of reservation for CHF 180. This additional service is not included in the price.
