As part of a FAN FAN sushi class, we’ll guide you from cooking the rice to the finished sushi, sharing our experience and little secrets along the way. This turns the great art of sushi preparation into an entertaining experience among friends and colleagues.
Cost: Starting at CHF 180.– per person, including all ingredients, Japanese beer, and soft drinks. The sushi class can take place at our location or at your venue.
