We’ll set up “s’Chäshöttli” with food and drinks for you. Then you take the reins—or rather, the “Gäbeli.”

You can look forward to a variety of Appenzell dried meat specialties as an appetizer, followed by homemade cheese fondue (to stir yourself) as well as pickled vegetables and bread. To finish, a traditional Appenzell Schlorzifladen is served.

drinks are available on a self-service basis. At the end, simply hand in the drink list along with the key at the front desk.

Please check in at the Hof Weissbad reception desk. We’ll escort you to the back to the Hofchäsi and show you around.
