Our traditional Appenzell Evening takes place every Wednesday. Here, we have always combined Appenzell culture and cuisine in a single evening.


Starting at 5:30 p.m., enjoy an aperitif with your hosts in the hotel lobby. A young dulcimer player from the Appenzell Music School will provide musical accompaniment during the aperitif. Throughout the evening, you’ll also have the chance to meet local Appenzell artisans, producers, and folk painters.


Starting at 6:00 p.m., a lavish buffet featuring Appenzell specialties.


Starting at 8:00 p.m., an Appenzell music group will perform in the hotel lobby.
