Friday:
3:00 p.m.: Welcome and get-to-know-you session, equipment testing
4:00–5:30 p.m.: Warm-up run (max. 60 min) with input on training control via heart rate
6:15–7:00 p.m.: Input with discussion
7:00 p.m.: Aperitif and dinner together

Saturday:
From 7:30 a.m.: Individual breakfast in the Weissbad courtyard
9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Trail experience run with technical input uphill and downhill, use of poles (the route and duration of the tour will be adapted to the performance level of the participants; if necessary, we will run in smaller groups)
Lunch at Hof Weissbad
Connection: Individual wellness and relaxation
5:00–6:00 p.m.: Core strengthening, stretching, and mobility (optional)
7:00 p.m.: Dinner together

Sunday:
From 7:30 a.m.: Individual breakfast in the courtyard of the Weissbad
9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.: Trail run with a stop at the summit restaurant (the route and duration of the tour will be adapted to the performance level of the participants; if necessary, we will run in smaller groups)
Connection: Descent by mountain railway or on foot back to the hotel
