A former competitive athlete shares valuable knowledge and practical strategies for optimally supporting the body. Learn what your body needs for more energy and strength, what happens during training, and how you can speed up your recovery.

Bewegung beginnt im Kopf.
Die neuro-zentrierte Betrachtungsweise ist kein Fitnesstrend, sondern eine Trainingsmethode, die gezielt das Gehirn und die Bewegungssteuerung einbezieht. Anstatt nur den sichtbaren Bewegungserfolg («Motor Output») zu trainieren, wird der Fokus auf die Qualität der eingehenden Sinnesinformationen («Sensory Input») gelegt. Je besser diese Informationen sind, desto präziser und effizienter ist die Bewegung – was Leistung steigert, Verletzungen vorbeugt und Schmerzen reduzieren kann.
Im Neuro Functional Training (NFT) werden deshalb schon im Warm-up gezielt Wahrnehmung, Gleichgewicht und Körperbewusstsein aktiviert. Das SAID-Prinzip besagt: Man wird besser in dem, was man regelmässig und hochwertig trainiert – ob im Alltag, Beruf oder Sport.
Das Ziel: Die natürliche Bewegungsintelligenz fördern, Beschwerden lindern und Gesundheit im Alltag verbessern – ganz nach dem Motto «Train the brain first – and every day».
