This workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to improve their physical performance in a targeted manner – whether in sports or everyday life. A former competitive athlete will share valuable knowledge and practical strategies for optimally supporting the body. Learn what your body needs for more energy and strength, what happens during training, and how you can speed up your recovery.
