6:00 a.m. haki® morning meditation – A new day begins

The body breathes. The heart speaks. The mind is freed.


7:00 a.m. haki® morning ritual – movement for life to start the day

Physical exercises according to the haki® method – a morning ritual for balance, clarity, and inner strength.


8:00 a.m. haki® MASSAI FLOW in the water

Strengthening and regenerating exercises in the water – for joints, circulation, and fascia.


10:30 a.m. haki® breathing & sound ceremony in the steam bath (max. 8 people)

Freedom through proper breathing – for longevity, awareness, and cell regeneration.


3:00 p.m. haki® steam ritual – relaxation for shoulders, neck, and head

Relief for the shoulder area, neck, and head.


From 4:00 p.m. Individual treatments with Harald Kitz


You have access to the spa & wellness area in the sauna and bathhouse at any time.

This is available to you free of charge, including the fitness room.

Experience a special haki® day with Harald Kitz: with mindful movement and regeneration sessions that bring clarity, strengthen the body, and awaken new energy. For hotel guests and external guests who want to consciously take time for themselves.


External guests:
