CardioScan
Cardio Scan

Your heart in view.

Health begins with knowledge about your own body. The Cardio Scan is a modern, non-invasive analysis that shows you the condition of your heart, metabolism, and stress level in just a few minutes.

The Cardioscan measurement (40 min.) includes three analyses, consisting of

  • a heart stress measurement,
  • a metabolic analysis
  • and a body analysis.

The 360-degree view provided by the measurements forms the perfect basis for determining the right intensity of physical activity, the right diet, and the crucial amount of regeneration. The user-friendly presentation of the data obtained and concrete recommendations for action make health prevention understandable for everyone.

Cardioscan

Heart stress measurement.

The measurement performs a risk check, determines your individual stress level based on your heart rate variability, shows your fitness level, and provides individual training pulse recommendations.

Resting heart rate

The resting heart rate describes the number of heartbeats per minute during physical rest and relaxation. An elevated resting heart rate means that the heart has to work harder on a permanent basis, which increases the risk of coronary heart disease.

Stress check

The stress check uses heart rate variability analysis to show the current stress level on the heart. This can be caused by both mental and physical overexertion.

Cardio fitness level

The fitness level describes the fitness condition of your heart. The values can range from 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest fitness level.

Risk check

The risk check provides information about heart function and serves as a risk screening. It shows whether there are any deviations from reference values in the heart stress measurement.

Training areas

Individual training heart rates are determined based on the measurement results. These are divided into regenerative training, basic training, development training, and peak exertion.

Metabolic scan

Metabolism analysis.

Whether you want to lose weight, increase your performance, or optimize your health, intelligent metabolic analysis provides precise measurement results for effective and holistic body management. The air you breathe reveals whether your metabolism is functioning optimally.

Energy supply

Breath gas analysis can be used to determine the ratio in which the body burns carbohydrates and fats and uses them for energy. The optimal energy supply depends on your personal goals.

CO2 emission

The amount of carbon dioxide exhaled provides information about your nutritional status. Excessive carbohydrate intake, which can have a negative effect on the metabolism, is revealed by the measurement.

CO2 absorption

Oxygen uptake capacity is an essential indicator for assessing your fitness level. The measurement results can be used to tailor your training program in terms of focus and intensity.

Resting metabolic rate

Resting metabolic rate describes the extent to which your metabolism is active. The optimal resting metabolic rate should be above the normal value, as this indicates an active metabolism.

Body scan

Body analysis.

Bioimpedance analysis is used to determine body fat, body water, fat-free mass, and muscle mass. The segmental distribution of the muscles and visceral fat provide important information about training and nutritional habits.

Water

The total amount of fluid in the human body is referred to as body water. A good body water content has many health benefits: cells regenerate faster and the blood is more fluid, which reduces the strain on the heart.

Muscle mass

The muscles protect and support the musculoskeletal system and are responsible for a large part of the body's energy consumption. The body's muscle mass is made up of muscle protein and the water stored within the muscle cells.

Fat mass

Body fat percentage indicates the proportion of fat mass in the total body mass. Body fat consists of essential fat mass, fat reserves, and excess fat.

Muscle distribution

The evaluation shows the segmental muscle distribution compared to standard values. Muscular imbalances become visible and can be corrected through specific training.

Visceral fat

Visceral belly fat, also known as intra-abdominal fat, accumulates in the abdominal cavity and surrounds the internal organs. It poses a health risk because it promotes the development of high blood pressure, elevated blood lipid levels, and unfavorable blood sugar levels.
