After more than 15 years of tireless hard work in the Hof Weissbad kitchens, Käthi Fässler was awarded the title of “Chef of the Year 2009/10” in the renowned Gault Millau gastronomy guide and received her richly deserved 16th point.
The entire Supervisory Board and Executive Board are thrilled about this magnificent accolade. Käthi Fässler, who heads a team of 30, has been at the helm of the kitchens since 1997. She has played a pivotal role in establishing the position of Hotel Hof Weissbad, which enjoys consistently high bed occupancy rates and is among the highest-performing hotels in Switzerland.
